Lenders:
Private lenders earn better interest when investing in real estate. We are always looking for private hard money lenders to help us get some of our deals done. When you work with us to buy a property, your funds are put into a escrow account where they are safe. When the deal funds, you get your money returned to you plus an additional amount that we previously agreed upon. You earn a greater rate of return than if you put it somewhere in the other markets.
Investors:
We work with two kinds of investors. Those interested in buying one of our wholesale properties and the second investor is one that is interested in earning interest by acting as a private lender for some of our purchases. When we purchase some homes, we sometimes use hard money lenders or private lender funds for the purchase. If we use your funds, we pay you interest. Your money will go into an escrow account and when the deal funds, you earn back your original funds plus interest. Please inquire at the email address below.

We represent a large real estate New York City based investment fund who is looking to make principal bid investments in single family residence (SFR) product.
